Investigating Stress Levels in Healthy Adults 18-65
Investigating stress levels in healthy adults ages 18-65.
Have you ever sat down with a cup of hot tea and after a few sips started to feel relaxed? Studies have shown that the L-theanine, an amino acid found in green tea leaves, can reduce heart rate, relax the mind, and reduce stress.
Being over-stressed is a risk factor for various health problems like mental health issues, substance abuse, and high blood pressure. In some cases, stress can even dampen the immune system, increasing susceptibility to both colds and common infections. As such, a safe supplement that can help with reducing stress is in great demand.
KGK Science in London, Ontario is pleased to offer you the opportunity to participate in a study that will investigate the impact of AlphaWave®, a product containing the amino acid from green tea leaves, on stress levels in moderately stressed but otherwise healthy adults.
