Bone broth diet weight loss in Obese Adults 35-65
Trying to lose weight can be difficult. The bone broth diet has shown promising results, and we would like to confirm the benefits. Bone broth is very low in calories and loaded with nutrients and protein. It has also been shown that bone broth is an excellent source of collagen and amino acids for several bodily functions.
Combined with a healthy diet and intermittent fasting, the bone broth diet appears beneficial for losing weight.
This study is designed to follow your progress over a 2-month period following a bone broth diet and maintenance periods. This is an open clinical trial, and all participants will receive the bone broth product and results will be based on the entire population of the study.
Following the bone broth diet will require intermittent fasting, following a paleo-type diet (less processed foods, dairy, high carbohydrates), and a low carb/low sugar meal plan for the duration of the study. The study is easy to follow but requires motivation for weight-loss remembering the end goal!
Paid compensation of up to $ 800 for each qualified participant.
(you must complete this study, otherwise only a percentage of total based on level of completion)
